Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and QuantRidge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the QuantRidge financial intelligence platform, including all related websites, applications, services, and software (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Account Registration and Security

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.

2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password and enable multi-factor authentication when available
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach

Payment Terms

1. Subscription Fees

Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of subscription fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

1. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

2. Financial Information Disclaimer

All financial calculations, models, analyses, and outputs generated by the Service are for informational and analytical purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial or investment decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUANTRIDGE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
